N & J had some ups and downs while planning their wedding, like so many other couples in 2020. They decided to move the whole thing from their original venue to Nikki’s aunt’s house, and it couldn’t have worked out more perfectly. I’ve shot several weddings in Nikki’s family now, and I loved coming back to the same location that provided such a rich backdrop for their day. It seemed so natural for a bride and groom to be occupying these elaborate rooms, with details revealing themselves in every corner. The intimate ceremony gave way to a raucous celebration of another family being brought into the fold. Every time I see this group, they always make me feel like an extension of their family. I hope to see everyone again soon…
